Hospice of Morongo Basin offers to the general public a wide array of supportive services for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one.

Bereavement Support

One-on-one and family support is offered free of charge to those in grief by Hospice's Bereavement Support Staff.

Bereavement Support Groups

Support groups offer a place for bereaved people to meet with other bereaved people. A support group provides a confidential, safe and comfortable place for people in grief to express all their emotions and experiences.

The Bereavement Correspondence Program

Our Bereavement Support Staff will send you a letter once a month for a year with accompanying literature to help you gently through the different experiences of grief. These letters and literature are for you, in the privacy of your own home, to be read and reflected upon at your own pace. They will assure you that you and your loved one have not been forgotten.
